Tissues are collection of cells and intercellular substances that come together to perform a specific function. There are four types of tissues in the human body. { Trick – MACHINE }

- Areolar tissues helps in tissue repair, It is present in dermis (middle layer) in the human skin.
- Nervous tissue is responsible for responding to stimuli. Example – Brain, spinal cord, nerves
- Epithelial tissue for coverage or lining for various body parts. Example – Skin
